This is an application seeking extension of time to surrender before the court below as directed to the petitioners vide order dated 17.10.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 19225 of 2014 in connection with Trial No. 3056 of 2013 arising out of Bathnaha P.S. Case No.31 of 2013, pending before the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sitamarhi. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners that due to some unavoidable circumstances the petitioners failed to surrender before the Court below within the stipulated period. Though it is not required, but as prayed for, subject to deposit of Rs. 8,000/- (Rs. Eight Thousand only) each with District Legal Services Authority, Sitamarhi, the period to avail the liberty granted vide order aforementioned is extended till 22nd January 2015.
