JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is named in the first information report and it is alleged that he took the informant's son to Bangalore in the year 2008 but the informant's son did not return to his home and he is still traceless. In course of investigation, some witnesses stated that the informant's son along with others was returning to his home but he was travelling without ticket and when checking was made, he fled away out of fear and since then, he is traceless. The investigation against the petitioner appears to have already been completed.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30152 of 2016 (3) dt.04-10-2016 2/2 Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Jamui in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No.84 of 2010.
