2. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Cr. Misc. Case No. 26971 of 2014 which was rejected vide order dated 20.11.2014.

3. It is submitted that investigation has been concluded by the police and the petitioner has been exonerated and the chargesheet has been submitted against other accused persons. Certified copy of the final form was produced by the petitioner on the Court perusal.

4. Having regards to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of the petitioner's arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from the date of

No.23905 of 2015 (2) dt.02-03-2016 2/2 communication of this order, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Gaya in connection with Magadh Medical Police Station, P.S. Case No. 47 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
