Anita Kumari Singh, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL ORDER 07-09-2016 This is an application, made under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking bail for the accusedpetitioner, namely, Dharmendra Kora, in connection with Laxmipur Police Station Case No. 232 of 2015 (U.A.P.Case No.108/2015), under Section 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code, Section 3⁄4 of Explosive Substances Act, and Sections 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 of U.A.P. Act.
Perused the above application and materials on record. Also perused the relevant case diary. Heard Mr. Amrendra Kumar, learned Counsel for the petitioner, and Smt. Anita Kumari Singh, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing on behalf of the State.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35974 of 2016 (3) dt.07-09-2016 Considering the nature of incriminating materials available against the accused above-named, this Court is of the view that at this stage, the accused above-named shall not be allowed to go on bail.
In view of the above and in the interest of justice, the prayer for bail is hereby rejected at this stage. This bail application shall stand disposed of accordingly.
