The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 18 of 2019 registered under Section 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. He further submits that from perusal of F.I.R. itself, it appears that the specific allegation of rape with the victim is against unknown, not against this petitioner. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

No.36436 of 2019(3) dt.25-06-2019 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Muzaffarpur in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 18 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
