JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 27-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 47(A) of the Excise Act. Ten liters of country made Mahua wine is said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner for which the petitioner is in jail custody since 31.5.2016 and he does not have any criminal antecedents.

Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri N.K. Singh, Judicial Magistrate, Nawada, in connection with Pakaribarawan P.S. Case No. 103 of 2016.
