The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No.413 of 2025 registered for the offence under sections 126(2), 109, 351, 352 and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and under section 27 of the Arms Act. 3.

The petitioner is accused of having fired upon the victim. He is in custody since 30.03.2025. 4.

The injury report of the victim shows that there are two lacerated wounds which are simple in nature. 5.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38362 of 2025(5) dt.15-10-2025 2/2 Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur / concerned Court below, in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No.413 of 2025.
