The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Siwan Muffasil (Mahadeva O.P) P.S. Case No. 94 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a history of land dispute between the parties and in connection with the present case; a case has also been lodged from the petitioner's side.

Considering the nature of allegation and also the fact the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a

No.24179 of 2015 (2) dt.08-07-2015 period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Siwan Muffasil (Mahadeva O.P) P.S. Case No. 94 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
