JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-07-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being the husband of complainant is languishing in custody since 12.04.2016 in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 498A/34 of the IPC. The basic accusation is of torture for non fulfillment of dowry demands.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the complainant levelled false accusation against the petitioner as the petitioner was minor at the time of marriage and the petitioner has filed Matrimonial Case No. 1312/2014 in the court below for declaring the marriage null and void.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
