JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-07-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority, challenging the order dated 10.12.2011 (Annexure-6), passed in case No.-V.P.02/ 2011, by the District Teacher Employment Appellate Authority, Vaishali at Hajipur, which is under challenge, in this writ application.

The petitioner shall file an appeal within a period of thirty days from the date of the order and the same shall be disposed of within the statutory period, in accordance with law. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present application is disposed of.
