The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 736 of 2015 registered under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the nature of offence, the petitioner, who is said to be in custody since 13th April, 2016, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 736 of 2015.
