ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 27-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 06.10.2017 in connection with Manpur P.S. Case No.106 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been implicated in this case on the basis of the confessional statement made before the police by co-accused Vikram Prasad alias Raja Kumar, which has no evidentiary value. It is further submitted that only on account of village politics, that the petitioner has been made accused in this case.

No.18907 of 2018 (3) dt.27-04-2018 2/2 Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and there is no recovery from the petitioner and till date, he has not been placed on I.T. Parade, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif, in connection with Manpur P.S. Case No.106 of 2017.
