Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Hathauri P.S. Case No. 110 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 354(B), 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is allegation that the accused persons badly assaulted the members of the informant side.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the FIR shows itself that the occurrence has taken place on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40251 of 2022(3) dt.24-01-2023 2/2 a trivial issue, as the buffalo of the petitioner had eaten the banana plumps of the informant. He has submitted further that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and both the parties have compromised the case and a cordial relation between them has been restored.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances as well as the clean antecedent of the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-IV, Rosera in connection with Hathauri P.S. Case No. 110 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time mentioned hereinabove, failing which, the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
