2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Siwan Town P.S.Case No.337 of 2021, FIR dated 27.06.2021 registered for the offences punishable under Section 382 of IPC.

3. The FIR of the occurrence of loot is against unknown.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. The allegation as alleged in the FIR is false and fabricated and the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the FIR. Petitioner is not named in the FIR. The name of the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37854 of 2025(2) dt.19-06-2025 2/2 has been transpired during investigation on the basis of the confessional statement of one Prince Kumar, who has confessed the name of four accused persons including the petitioner.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State, on other other hand, has vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner and submits that Prince Kumar has identified the petitioner alongwith other co-accused persons that the petitioner was involved in the present crime in question.

6. Considering the aforesaid fact, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Siwan Town P.S.Case No.337 of 2021 pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Siwan.

7. Prayer is refused.
