This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 290 of the Indian Penal Code and 33(a)(d) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Five liters of country made liquor was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since22.12.2016. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail, after completion of four months in custody, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bakhri P.S. Case No. 262 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IV, Begusarai, or successor Court.
