The petitioner is in custody in connection with Ramgarhwa P.S. Case No.124 of 2016, a case under Sections 147/148/149/341/323/324/307/427/302/504/506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul, East Champaran, Motihari.
The petitioner is one of the assailants of deceased Sheikh Majibullah. The petitioner is in custody since 14.11.2017. After hearing the parties and considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner which is corroborated by
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18927 of 2018 (4) dt.26-06-2018 medical evidence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail is refused. The learned trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
