2. The petitioner apprehend his arrest in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 379 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 385, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of the Explosive Substance Act.

3. According to FIR, this petitioner hurled a bomb in order to kill the informant.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case due to village politics. It is further submitted that the matter has already been compromised.

5. Learned APP vehemently opposes the prayer of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40683 of 2023(2) dt.01-08-2023 2/2 anticipatory bail. There is specific allegation of hurling bomb with intention to kill the informant against the petitioner. Petitioner has got three criminal antecedents.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and gravity of offence, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail stands rejected.
