JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 26-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioner is accused in connection with Balua Bazar (Birpur) P.S. Case No. 0158 of 2016, registered under Sections 379, 511 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would appear from F.I.R. that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case mere on suspicion. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 07.07.2016. .
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand)
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15102 of 2017 (2) dt.26-04-2017 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Birpur, Supaul, in connection with Balua Bazar (Birpur) P.S. Case No. 0158 of 2016, Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
