2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No. 20 of 2026 registered for the offence under Section 103(1) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is suspected to killing the deceased.

The petitioner is in jail since 17.01.2026 and he claims to have no criminal antecedent.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case because of previous enmity. He further submits that the deceased was a veteran criminal and has been killed in connection with other crime and taking advantage of the same,

5. Learned counsel for the informant has opposed the application of the petitioner but has not been able to show any material to connect the petitioner with the alleged offence.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned concerned Court below in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No. 20 of 2026.
