Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 323, 341, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23773 of 2015 (2) dt.09-07-2015 2/2 In the background of lease dispute, it is alleged that accused persons assaulted the informant, his son and others.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that in the background of land dispute the accusation has been levelled which is omnibus and general. It is submitted by learned counsel for the informant that some of the injured have received grievous injuries including the fire arm injuries.
The aforesaid facts constitutes ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioners surrender within a period of six weeks in connection with Manpur P.S. Case No. 11 of 2015, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran. With the observations above, the application stands disposed off.
