The Petitioner seeks bail in Barachatti P.S. Case No. 69 of 2012 instituted for the offence under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the written report. It has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 20.8.2016 in this case. The Case diary has been received. Learned A.P.P. has submitted that the name of this petitioner has come in para- 18 of the case diary in the confessional statement of co-accused Sanjay Singh. Besides this there is no other specific allegation against this petitioner in the case diary.

Let the Petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati at Gaya in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No., 69 of 2012 subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
