Mr. Niraj Kumar Sinha, AC to PAAG-2 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL ORDER 30-08-2017 This application has been filed for modification of an order dated 28.6.2011 passed in C.W.J.C. No.9780 of 2011. It is the case of the petitioner that he had participated in the process of selection not only in the district in question, but also from two other districts, namely, Samastipur and Khagaria, but inadvertently, in the writ petition he could not mention the particulars of these districts and, therefore, wanting inclusion of these two districts, this application has been filed for modification of the order passed in the original writ petition.
The prayer made in the writ petition is, in fact, for amending the pleading in the writ petition which has been disposed of and records indicate that after the orders were passed on 28.6.2011 in C.W.J.C. No.9780 of 2011, L.P.A's. were filed against the aforesaid order being L.P.A. Nos.831 of 2009, 1214 of 2009 and 1287 of 2009 which have been decided by a common order passed by the Division Bench of this Court on 28.6.2011 and, therefore, now, after disposal of the L.P.A's.
Patna High Court MJC No.2314 of 2012(5) dt.30-08-2017 3/3 pleadings made in the writ petition.
Accordingly, finding no ground to permit modification in the body of the writ petition after disposal of the L.P.A's. have been decided, this application is dismissed. (Rajendra Menon, CJ) K.C.Jha/- U
