JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being the husband of the complainant is languishing in jail since 24.11.2015 in a complaint case wherein process has been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Section 498A of the IPC. The basic accusation is of torture.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner admits his marriage with the complainant and is still ready to keep the complainant as wife with full dignity and honour, statement to that effect has been made in para 8 of the petition which reads as follows:- "That ..the petitioner is ready to keep the complainant and his children with full dignity, honour and love"

Considering the nature of accusation, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousands) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Sitamarhi in connection with Complaint Case No. C-1/1291 of 2013.
