The present application seeks a direction to the respondent State to grant sanction for prosecution against the private respondents under Section 197 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 relating to Complaint Case No. C 1031 of 1998.

A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.1140 of 2014 (5) dt.21-07-2015 2/2 of the State bringing on record the decision of the Government by which such permission has been refused.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdrawn the application to enable him to move in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the application stands disposed off as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
