Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 353 and 387 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner is the proprietor of Prashant Medical Store. Allegation is that he entered into the OPD of the informant, Medical Officer and threatened to kill him.
Submission of the petitioner is that there is no mention of reason for such threat. Rather the petitioner is a businessman having medical shop at the same place and he is in custody since 15.08.2016.
