Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under Section 420/34 of the I.P.C.

The complainant alleged that all the accused persons agreed to execute the sale deed with regard to a piece of land on receipt of Rs. 1,50,000/- and also acknowledged the receipt. Later on, the complainant came to know that the accused petitioner no. 2 Laljee Yadav, has already got the land transferred in the name of his daughter on 16.04.2012.

On the other hand, learned Additional P.P. opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

No.49397 of 2014 (2) dt.09-04-2015 2 / 2 Considering the facts aforesaid the dispute is of civil nature, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of the order on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M. West Champaran, Bettiah, in connection with Complaint Case No. 2493-C of 2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
