Petitioner is not name in the first information report but in course of investigation, Dinesh Choudhary@ Umesh Choudhary was arrested and made his confessional statement disclosing the name of petitioner. It appears that petitioner is in jail custody since 18.04.2016 but up till now he has not been put on T.I.P. Furthermore, except the confessional statement of coaccused as well as criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner.
