The petitioner is in custody since 31.12.2017 in connection with Dharhara P.S. Case No. 176 of 2015 for the offence registered under Sections 370 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Diary of the present case was called for which has since been received.

Considering the statement made by the victim girl under Section 164 Cr.P.C., I am not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. It is, accordingly, dismissed. Let the trial of the case be expedited and be concluded within a period of six months.
