Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 307 and other minor of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant and some others including one Chatti Devi sustained injuries in the present case and all the injured appear to have sustained simple injuries.

The present occurrence took place between the parties on account of passage.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Praveen Kumar Singh, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Patna in S.K.Puri P.S.
