Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Basantpur P.S. Case No. 302 of 2020 registered for the offences under Sections 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that in the statement of the deceased (Annexure-2), she stated that she

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41402 of 2022(4) dt.17-01-2023 2/2 sustained burn injuries while preparing tea due to gas leakage thereafter, she was initially rushed to Sai Hospital, Siwan for her treatment. It is also submitted that petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Basantpur P.S.
