Petitioner wants modification in the order dated 4.2.2015 passed in MJC no. 3216/2014 by which this court observed that there was no violation of making payment to the employees of BISCOMAUN in chronological manner.

In my view, the order dated 4.2.2015 was passed after hearing both parties and, therefore, there is no need to modify the order dated 4.2.2015. Accordingly, this modification petition stands dismissed. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) shahid U T
