JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.
The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case for the offence under Sections 356 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant states that he was returning with a bag containing a sum of Rs.1,55,000/- from the place of his sonin-law and while he was only one kilometer away from his own house, the petitioner along with two other named persons snatched his bag from his hand.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case is out and out a false case and the witnesses have stated that there was nothing in the bag and the petitioner has been implicated in this case on account of previous enmity.

No.47690 of 2014 (3) dt.03-07-2015 2 / 2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.5,000/- (Five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Majhaulia P.S. case no. 469 of 2013, subject to conditions laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
