The petitioner is accused in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No. 228 of 2015, registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is that petitioner was appointed as primary teacher, but on verification, his educational certificate of B.Ed was found forged.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent is in custody since 19.12.2016.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten
