The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Karamchat P.S. Case No.21 of 2021 instituted for the offences under Sections 302/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration that the petitioner has sought to be apprehended in the case under section 302 and 120B IPC and the name of the petitioner has crept. Considering that investigation for the purpose custodial interrogation may be required.

In view thereof, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory
