Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bhabua (Sonahan) P. S. case no. 190/2015 registered under sections 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner happens to be rice miller and accusation against him is that he did not supply rice as per agreement executed between the parties and misappropriated huge government money. Furthermore, it is informed that several cases were instituted against different persons and this court as well as coordinate benches of this court have granted privilege of anticipatory bail to different persons taking note of terms of agreement executed between the parties.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as

No.26446 of 2015 (2) dt.17-07-2015 submissions of the parties, in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in Bhabua (Sonahan) P. S. case no. 190/2015 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
