The name of petitioner appears in the confessional statement of a co-accused Krishna Choudhary and apart from the aforesaid fact, it also came to light that petitioner had some conversation on telephone with aforesaid co-accused Krishna Choudhary. The looted articles in the present case is said to have been recovered on the basis of confessional statement of coaccused Krishna Choudhary. Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that except the aforesaid confessional statement of co-accused as well as criminal antecedent, there is nothing against the petitioner and moreover having similar allegation, some co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28508 of 2016 (5) dt.18-10-2016 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as the submission of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Piro P.S.Case No.146 of 2014.
