CORAM:
HONOURABLE MR.
JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-03-2015 The petitioner, who was Superintending Engineer, Tubewell Circle, Muzaffarpur, has challenged the transfer order dated 30.06.2011, passed only two months prior to his retirement i.e. 31.08.2011.
This Court would have interfered with the transfer order but for the fact that the petitioner has already retired in the year 2011 itself.
This application is disposed of as infructuous. (Samarendra Pratap Singh, J.) Uday/- U
