Petitioner is accused in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S. Case No. 624 of 2015 registered under Section 392 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that neither the petitioner is named in the first information report nor anything has been recovered from his conscious possession. Petitioner has not been put on Test Identification Parade till date. Petitioner is in custody since 19.01.2016. Similarly situated coaccused has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 05.12.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51416 of 2016. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

No.15998 of 2017 (2) dt.07-04-2017 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Aditi Gupta, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S. Case No. 624 of 2015.
