Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 1.8.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. -32229 of 2017 with a direction to the learned trial court to conclude the trial without a period of seven months. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the trial has not been commenced now and enmity is from before and there is delay in lodging the FIR. Heard learned A.P.P. and from perusal of the report, it appears that the case has been committed to the court of Sessions and the learned trial court seeks six month's time to conclude the trial. In such view of the matter, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, however, the learned trial court is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20299 of 2018 (3) dt.02-05-2018 2/2 directed to expedite the trial.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
