Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State, Ms. Sangeeta Sharma. 2.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 190, 191, 192, 132, 109, 121(1), 121(2), 125(a), 125(b), 262, 263 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has antecedent of two cases, but then one case was disposed of in Lok Adalat and from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that accused persons including the petitioner attacked the police party with an intention to kill them and tried to rescue Tahir Quraishi and Khalil Quraishi, who were arrested in Sasaram (M) P.S. Case

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since petitioner resides nearby to the place of occurrence, as such when he heard ruckus, he also went to the place of occurrence and came to be implicated at the instance of Chowkidar. It is next submitted that similarly situated coaccused Sonu Quraishi had approached this Court seeking anticipatory bail by filing Cr. Misc No. 38184 of 2025 and the same was allowed by an order dated 7-8-2025 passed by a learned Co-ordinate Bench. It is also submitted that petitioner will not abscond rather will cooperate in the investigation to prove his innocence.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Sasaram(M) P.S.
