Learned trial court has reported that case is pending for supply of police paper as well as framing of the charge. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioners was rejected taking note of allegation levelled against them and again, I am not inclined to release the petitioners on bail and their prayer for bail in connection with Marhowrah P.S. case no. 421/2015 stands rejected. However, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioners and try to conclude the same as early as possible, preferably, within four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. It is made clear that if trial court fails to conclude the trial of the petitioners due to laches of the prosecution, petitioners may renew their prayer for bail before the learned trial court itself.
