Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Petitioner is in custody since 26.05.2020. Name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused, namely, Pappu Mahto, who was apprehended along with liquor. Petitioner has got criminal antecedent of identical nature. Investigation of the case against the petitioner is already complete.

Considering the entire facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two
