From perusal of the complaint petition, it is apparent that petitioner is not the person who had presence in between while the persuasion was going on as well as Rs. 1,70,000/- was paid in persuasion thereof.

That being so, petitioner Anil Sah @ Anil Saw is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, in connection with arising out of Chauri P.S. Case No. 7 of 2014, in event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks subject to condition as enumerated under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Aditya Kumar Trivedi, J) sushma/- U T
