Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a complaint case wherein processes were directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Section 420, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of selling the stolen bolero vehicle to the complainant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that a separate case was lodged by the police when it was found that the vehicle was stolen one and in the subsequent case the petitioner has been granted bail. In view of the above mentioned facts, it is a case for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Complaint Case No. 91C of 2013, pending in the Court of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23919 of 2015 (2) dt.10-07-2015 2/2 learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna. With the observations above, the application stands disposed off.
