Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 33(a)(d) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

Wine was allegedly recovered from the possession of this petitioner. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 22.12.2016. Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Begusarai/Successor Court, in connection with Bakhri P.S. Case No.262 of 2016, with condition

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11387 of 2017 (3) dt.19-04-2017 that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner in this case.
