JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-363/366(A) of the Indian Penal Code. The informant claims that it was FIR named Ravi Kumar with whom, the victim had sweet relation and so far as petitioner is concerned; he is said to be relative of aforesaid Ravi Kumar, who facilitated the co-accused, Ravi Kumar and the victim to flee from their homes.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28622 of 2016 (2) dt.22-07-2016 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Nathnagar P.S. Case No. 115 of 2016 to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur.
