The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kursakanta (Kuwari) P.S. Case No. 139 of 2020 corresponding to Special Case No. 646 of 2020 for the offenses under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. In the instant case total 16.5 liters of liquor was seized.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is 62 years old having no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/-(Fifty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
