The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1.(i) To direct the respondents to remove the encroachment from the Gair Mazarua Anabad, Government of Bihar land of Mauza- Narayanpur, Thana No.185, Khata No.368, Khesra No.768, area 9 decimal, Khesra No.766, No.369, Area-11 decimal Khata, Khesra No.753, area-7 decimal and khesra No.764 area-7

Patna High Court CWJC No.9254 of 2023(2) dt.26-07-2023 2/2 decimal situated at VillageNarayanpur, P.S.-Sandesh, DistrictBhojpur. (ii) To direct the respondents to remove the encroachment of the Gair Mazarua Anabad land according to the Khatiyan (Annexure-3).

(iii) To direct the respondents to remove the respondents No.5 to 7 who encroached the Government land by constructing a pucca house upon the Gair Mazarua Anabad, Government of Bihar land which creates problem for the villagers of Narayanpur."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
