The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Piar P.S. Case No. 35 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been implicated in the present case on mere suspicion, and save and except suspicion, there is no cogent material in the case diary so as to connect the petitioner in the present case. Learned counsel for the petitioner on perusal of the case diary submits that petitioner is one of the brother-inlaws of the bridegroom and the car, in question, had been borrowed by one Gago Singh for being used by the Barat Party. Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and also the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedents, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his
