The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 448, 504, 379 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioner Ramji Yadav assaulted the son and daughter-in-law of the informant by means of axe whereas petitioner no.2 Ganesh Yadav and petitioner no.3 Sunil Yadav and other accused assaulted the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation of assaulted against Ramji Yadav by sharp cut weapon whereas the injury has been found to be lacerated would and there is counter version of the occurrence. It is submitted by learned APP for the State that the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17499 of 2015 (2) dt.18-05-2015 2/2 injury of the informant is on the frontal area of scalp whereas one injury each on the son and daughter-in-law of the informant found to be grievous.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners, if the petitioners surrender within a period of six weeks in connection with Chanan P.S. Case No.85 of 2014, pending before the ACJM, Lakhisarai.
With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
